After booking, we'll send you a detailed measurement guide and photo checklist. We walk you through the process on a video call to ensure accuracy. Most clients find it straightforward — you just need a tape measure and your phone camera.
Absolutely. During the consultation, we'll discuss your furnishing budget and curate selections within that range. We also include alternative options at different price points so you can mix and match to find the right balance.
Your package includes email support (30 days for Single Room, 60 days for Full Home) for any questions during implementation. If you need more hands-on assistance, we offer add-on styling sessions via video call at an hourly rate.
Single Room packages are typically delivered within 3-4 weeks of your design consultation. Full Home packages take 5-7 weeks depending on the number of rooms. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
